The Armory Arts Village in Jackson, Michigan is a unique place for the creative process and the development of new work and ideas. Artists are invited via a jury process to become an "Associate Artist". If you cannot live here but still want to be a part of this exciting artist community, apply to become an Associate Artist. The benefits include affordable exhibition opportunities ($75.00 per month) in a no commission gallery, participation in workshops and seminars at no cost, one private exhibition per year, priority in teaching opportunities at the Armory Arts Academy (if all standards are met), and participation in the monthly 4th Friday Artswalk. To apply, send a CD with six images of work completed w/in the past two years with a $50.00 check payable to Armory Arts Village to: Director, One Jackson Square, Suite 1100, Jackson, MI 49201. The jury process will be ongoing. There is a three-month participation minimum. There are also reduced rates for a 6-12 month commitment.
