    I. Basic SmArts $25
     
    Access to Onsite Business Resources
    ·         Multi-function b/w copier (limited to 500 copies/year)
    ·         Faxing services
    ·         Color and b/w laser printers (limited to 200 b/w and 50 color copies/year)
    ·         Scanning services (photos, PDF documents)
    ·         CD / DVD burning (limited to 5 copies/year)
    ·         Office work station with WI-FI onsite available for individual use
    ·         Access to schedule use of Arts Council conference room
     
    Communications
    ·         Receives e-news regarding opportunities, legislative efforts, employment and other arts information
    ·         Receives all Arts Council mailings and news
     
    Grant Services and Support
    ·         Eligibility to apply to the Arts Council’s individual artist grant program (deadline January 30)
    ·         Grant technical assistance
    ·         Grantstation (searchable grant database)

    ·         Printed advocacy labels (for city, county and state officials – please request 48 hours in advance)
     
    Promotional Support and Services
    ·         Recognition as an artist member in Arts Council materials

    ·         Hyperlink to your website (if available) from www.lansingarts.org
    ·         Login and password access to add events on event calendar at www.lansingarts.org
     
    Professional Development Services
    ·         Up to two Individual consultations per year
    ·         Invitations to Arts Council programs, workshops, forums and special topics
     
    II. Level 2 SmArts $65 – Receives all benefits of Basic SmArts as well as the following:
     
    Promotional Support and Services
    ·         Media relations and staff support to promote your activities
    ·         Receives annually updated media contact list for greater Lansing upon request
    ·         Receives one individual enews story to be sent to the Arts Council listserv by contacting the Arts Council Communications Coordinator
    ·         Receives one month as a featured artist on the Arts Council website homepage
     
    Professional Development Services
    ·         Two additional Individual consultations per year (up to four per year)
    ·         Free access to all SmArts Workshops (no additional fee to attend)
     
    Grant Services and Support
    ·         Eligibility to apply to the Arts Council’s fellowship program for artists to be launched in 2012
    ·         Fellowship application technical assistance
     
    Business Management Services at a 50% discount

·         Knowledgeable professional staff to assist ticket purchasers
·         Generated reports provide the name and address of each ticket purchaser
·         No-risk, no minimum amount of tickets required to sell to participate
·         Event listing in conjunction with Arts Tickets phone number and publicity efforts
