The Arts Council has been nominated as one of 25 organizations that will compete for a $10,000 credit towards a hosted event at the University Club.
The organization with the most votes on March 25 will recieve the credit.
Each “vote” is cast with a $5, tax-deductible donation. Regardless of the winner, each organization will recieve the funds raised from their votes, and you can vote as many times as you'd like.
With this credit, the Arts Council would save significant funds on annual events such as Holiday Glitter, leaving us with more opportunities to give back to the community.
With Michigan undergoing massive cuts to arts funding, we need it more than ever.
