Leslie provides leadership and day-to-day management of all aspects of the Arts Council’s programs and services, develops and implements policies, represents the arts via public relations initiatives, and serves as primary spokesperson for the Arts Council.

Marcia administers the grant programs of the Arts Council and oversees all agency grant contracts and reporting methods. She also manages website content, collects arts content to distribute onto regional media outlets, produces the Arts Council’s publications, and assists in coordinating Arts Council special projects and programs.
