Capital Region Community Foundation (CRCF)
The Capital Region Community Foundation is a public charity organized as a collection of permanent endowments. The income from these endowed funds is awarded through a grant application process to provide charitable funding to non-profits classified by the IRS as 501(c)(3) organizations and other eligible entities that benefit residents of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties, MI. Grants are made in the areas of education, environment, health care, human services, humanities and public benefit. Deadline is April 1 each year (or the Friday before if April 1 falls on a weekend). The Granger Foundation
The Granger Foundation is a private foundation formed in 1978 by the Granger family who dreamed of giving something back to the community in which they have lived all their lives. Because of increasing needs within the tri-county region of Lansing, the Granger Foundation concentrates its giving in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties. Deadline is April 15 and October 15 each year (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday).
